Cloud Trainer ("the App") is an educational mobile application developed by Ashbridge Interactive LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell your data, we do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Apple, we receive:

• Your Apple ID email address (or Apple's private relay email if you choose to hide your email)
• Your display name (if you choose to share it)

Apple controls what information is shared. You can choose to hide your email during sign-in.

Study Data

As you use the App, we collect:

• Study progress (lessons viewed, certifications selected)
• Quiz attempts and results
• Audio playback preferences (voice selection, playback speed)
• Active certification selection

Feedback Data

When you use the in-app feedback system to flag content for review, we collect:

• The content item flagged
• Your feedback category and comments
• A device identifier to associate feedback with your account

Technical Data

To diagnose issues and improve the App, we may collect:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Error logs and crash data

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the App's core functionality (progress tracking, content delivery, audio playback)
• Sync your study progress across your devices (iPhone and iPad)
• Improve content accuracy based on user feedback flags
• Diagnose and fix technical issues
• Communicate with you about your account if necessary

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing and improving the App.

Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States (US-East-1 region)
• Study progress and preferences are also stored locally on your device for offline access
• Data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS)
• Access to backend systems is restricted and authenticated

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Apple: Payment processing for subscriptions is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.
• Amazon Web Services: Our infrastructure provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Local data stored on your device can be removed by deleting the App.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — contact us to request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Delete your data — contact us to request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Correct your data — update your display name and preferences within the App

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland:

• Lawful Basis: We process your data based on the contractual necessity of providing the service you signed up for

• Additional Rights: You have the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
