By downloading, installing, or using Cloud Trainer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Cloud Trainer is an educational mobile application designed to help users prepare for Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification exams. The App provides study lessons, audio content, practice quizzes, and progress tracking tools.
The educational content in Cloud Trainer, including lessons, explanations, practice questions, and audio materials, is generated using artificial intelligence technology.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Content Feedback System: The App includes a built-in feedback mechanism that allows you to flag content you believe to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete. We actively review flagged content and use this feedback to improve accuracy. We encourage you to report any issues you encounter. Flagged content is reviewed and corrections are applied in future updates.
Cloud Trainer is an independent product developed by Ashbridge Interactive LLC. It is not endorsed, sponsored, certified, or affiliated with Amazon Web Services, Amazon.com, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.
AWS, Amazon Web Services, and all AWS certification names and logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Their use in this App is solely for descriptive purposes to identify the certification exams the App helps you prepare for.
Content in the App is developed based on publicly available AWS certification exam guides, documentation, and published best practices.
Pricing: The App operates on a subscription model. Current pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store prior to purchase. Prices may vary by region.
Billing: All subscriptions are processed and billed by Apple through your App Store account. Ashbridge Interactive LLC does not receive, process, or store your payment information.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone or iPad Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the period expires.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund inquiries. Ashbridge Interactive LLC does not process refunds directly.
Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. Continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Account: You must sign in with a valid Apple ID to use the App. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
Access: A subscription grants you access to all content in the App for personal, non-commercial educational use.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, audio, graphics, icons, and software, is the property of Ashbridge Interactive LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
ASHBRIDGE INTERACTIVE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashbridge Interactive LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We strive to maintain consistent availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ashbridge Interactive LLC regarding your use of the App.
